On June 06, 2008, the INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE of the Department of the Treasury of the United States determined that we were an organization exempt from Federal income tax under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, effective since December 31, 2007.

Therefore any contributions received by our organization are deductible under section 170 of the Code. We are also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under section 2055, 2106 or 2522 of the Code.

We have been further classified as either a public charity or public foundation.
